General rental conditions:
- No pets
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people (children and babies included) plus a baby under 2 years of age who can sleep in a free cot that must be requested when booking
- The winery has a room adapted for people with reduced mobility; this service must be requested when booking
- For security reasons, you can only smoke in the courtyard of the house
- Welcome basket, amenities and first breakfast included
- Minimum stay: 2 nights (July and August 2026: 3 nights)
- Forbidden events or parties
- Entry time: 4pm to 8pm with flexibility
- Departure time: before 5pm
Contracting and cancellation policies:
- Rent up to 12 people: € 695 VAT included / night
- Stays seven nights or longer, 15% discount; 28 nights or longer, 25% discount
- Extra cleaning (optional for stays of 3 nights or more): € 100 VAT included
- Reservation: 25% of the amount, payment by bank transfer
- The rest of the payment will be made by bank transfer three days before the stay (five days for international transfers). All cancellations will be free of charge until three days before the stay
Additional hiring policies:
- The house is always rented complete exclusively to a single group
- Pool opening / closing date: May 15 to September 15
- Firewood will be provided from October 15 to March 15
- According to current law, and for the safety of all, guests over 14 years of age must fill in their details to communicate them to the Civil Guard
